Defective Item:
Return Shipping:
If an item you received is defective, we will certainly replace the item with a new one; however we do not cover or reimburse the shipping cost for returning defective merchandise back to us.
We will ship the replacement product to you at on your own cost, and use every good measure to ensure that the replacement order is processed quickly.
If the customer sends back items that are not required for the warranty we will not pay for the return shipping fee.
Replacement:
We will send a product replacement after the return product has completed our receiving/inspection process.
Returning Items:
All returned merchandise must be in original condition, and must include the original factory box containing the accessories (e.g. CPU, AVR, Keyboard, Mouse, etc.) and all instruction booklets.
- Returned merchandise that is lost or damaged during transit is solely the shipper's responsibility.
- It is important to save the tracking information or shipper's receipt and to properly insure the merchandise.
Please Note:
All returns must be approved by phone before you ship any item back to us. If you ship an item back to us without calling us prior to shipping. The package will be refused & returned to you.
