WARRANTY & REPAIR

WARRANTY DETAILS:

MIB is in the business of RESELLING only. WE DO NOT manufacture any of the items we sell. Most items may however be covered by individual manufacturer's warranty, service and support policy (if any). We fully assign to the Buyer all and any warranty of the manufacturer, and the Buyer agrees that it shall have recourse only under such warranties and directly with the manufacturer of the products.

The conditions stated herein are applicable to all items purchased from MIB unless otherwise stated.


MIB personally offers the unit replacement for items which are factory defect upon purchase for PRODUCTS only for 7 days period. After that all products are under REPAIR SERVICE WARRANTY for 1 year.

This is subject to the discretion and further judgment on the part of the seller and our technical support team.

HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM:

Please follow the instructions below.
- Contact us with your details and details of the problem.
- Once we receive the item we will then send it to our technical support team for the repair.

If there are any questions, concerning warranty, please feel free to contact us before purchasing.


- For warranty support, allow seven days for check-up and diagnosis.
- For units that are under repair, usually it takes 1-2wks for the repair to be done.
